TRI-TEC CORPORATION, located in Darien, Wisconsin, is a custom plastic injection molding company specializing in design, production, and optimization of gears and precision component parts. The company’s in-house engineers specialize in difficult-to-process engineering resins and metal replacements. Tri-Tec’s customers include major international OEMs and other customers across diverse industries.
The acquisition of Tri-Tec expands Plasti-Coil’s market presence, adds in-house tooling capabilities, and strengthens the combined company’s talent base.
