SONOCO (NYSE: SON), headquartered in Hartsville, South Carolina, is a s a global provider of consumer, industrial, healthcare, and protective packaging.
The acquisition of Sonoco’s Wilson, North Carolina operation expands Placon’s production capacity and Southeastern footprint, while adding over 80 skilled employees.
BRIDGEWOOD ADVISORS initiated this transaction, assisted in negotiations and acted as exclusive financial advisor to Placon.
