EASTERDAY FLUID TECHNOLOGIES, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is a leading producer of proprietary inks supplied to the food and beverage industry, and used to help ensure the safety of canned foods. Easterday’s products include thermochromic jet inks, ink dot inks and other specialty formulations.
NAZDAR COMPANY, with manufacturing facilities in the United States and Great Britain, offers customers worldwide a comprehensive selection of UV, water- and solvent-based wide-format digital inks, screen printing inks, and flexographic inks. Nazdar is part of Thrall Enterprises, a Chicago based, family-owned holding company.
The addition of Easterday’s thermochromic inks will enhance Nazdar’s product offering to the continuous ink jet market.
BRIDGEWOOD ADVISORS initiated this transaction, assisted in negotiations and acted as exclusive financial advisor to Easterday Fluid Technologies LLC.
